1 Complaint Procedure

  • Include booking reference, details of the issue, and preferred resolution
  • We aim to respond to all complaints within 3 business days

2 Resolution Process

  • We strive to resolve all disputes amicably and fairly
  • If no resolution is reached, disputes will be subject to mediation
  • Any legal proceedings will be under the jurisdiction of Gujarat, India
