Cancellation and Refund Policy

1 Flight Cancellations

• Flight cancellation policies are subject to airline terms and conditions
• Cancellation fees vary based on airline policies, fare type, and time of cancellation
• Refunds will be processed as per airline policies and may take 7-14 business days to reflect in customer accounts

2 Holiday Package Cancellations

• Cancellation more than 60 days before departure: 10% of package cost
• Cancellation 30-60 days before departure: 25% of package cost
• Cancellation 15-29 days before departure: 50% of package cost
• Cancellation 7-14 days before departure: 75% of package cost
• Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: 100% of package cost (no refund)

3 Visa Service Cancellations

• Visa application fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted
• Service fees may be partially refunded if cancellation is made before application submission
• Detailed visa cancellation terms will be provided at the time of application

4 Refund Processing

• All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method
• Refund processing time may vary from 7-21 business days depending on the payment provider
• Administrative fees may apply to all refund transactions
